Log In Directions:
1. Go to the HCSB home page (www.hernandoschools.org)
2. Using the “Links” tab, scroll down to “Teachers” and across to “Electronic Registrar Online”.
3. Click on the link in the center of the page which says “Click Here for Electronic Registrar Online”.
4. Enter your “Employee ID #”. This number appears on your pay stub.
Use this number for both the “User ID” and the “PIN” number fields.
5. When you have successfully logged in, you will see your name and “Welcome to Electronic Registrar Online”.
6. At the top of your screen, you will see tabs that you can choose to navigate your way while utilizing the program.
