The Hernando County School District collaborates with parents and other community stakeholders to effectively prepare all students for a successful transition into a diverse and changing world.
Parents – If your child is diabetic, carries an inhalator or has a heart condition or other medical issues that require assistance during school hours, please complete one of the attached Care Plans. These Care Plans need to be submitted to your child’s school in August of each school year.
