Behavioral health services are available to all permanent employees of the Hernando County School District and their eligible dependents.  To ensure that assistance is available for everyone, the District contracted with two companies - BayCare Behavioral Health an Employee Assistance Program and New Directions Behavioral Health (NDBH) via Florida Blue.  The following is a summarized benefit and eligibility explanation for each plan.
