  • Canvas Account Information:

    Students with an existing eSchool account, will now have two accounts.  For your zoned school's teacher account, you will follow the URL that was given to you and create a new account to access those classes at canvas.instructure.com     

    eSchool Account:  Login as you normally do for this account - this account remains the same. 

    Please click on the Student Services tab above for Canvas student log-in instructions for course sign-ups.

  • Device distribution for eligible Hernando High School students will occur on Friday, March 27th; Monday, March 30th; and Tuesday, March 31st from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. located in the front of the school's Drop-off/Pick-up loop. Please see designated grade-level distributions below.  To pick-up a device, vehicles will line-up in the loop and everyone is to remain in their vehicles.  Staff will provide curbside service to obtain necessary information and signatures. Please be aware of the eligibility requirements for each household set forth by the District. Eligible households must have no other working devices in the home and devices are limited to one per family.  Parents/guardians along with student(s) must be present in order to be issued a device. Parents/guardians must provide an official photo ID along with student ID numbers. This process has been designed to ensure the safety and health of everyone.  In addition, hand-outs identifying Canvas classroom instructions will be available.   Canvas will be accessible on Monday, March 30th.  Tech assistance can be accessed on the District's website through HelpDesk at helpdesk@hcsb.k12.fl.us   If you do not have internet access, please try https://www.spectrum.com/services.  Also, free Wi-Fi is available in the parking lots of local libraries and all Hernando County School District campuses.

    Monday, March 30th:   Distribution for juniors and seniors 

    Tuesday, March 31st:   Distribution for anyone not serviced on previous dates
