• All event flyers that are sent home with students must be approved by the Communications & Government Relations Department.
    Only non-profit organization events will be approved.

    Approval process:

    1.  Print out the Flyer Distribution Request Form via the link to the left.

    2.  Complete the form and return it along with your organization's flyer and a copy of your 501c3 (or other proof of non-profit status).

    3.  If approved, the form will be emailed back to you.

    4.  You must have a copy of the approval with the flyers when you drop them off at each school. (The schools prefer that the flyers be grouped in packs of 25)
