WHMS Bear families:
Use of Student Laptop Agreement and Student Laptop Opt-Out forms were distributed to students during 4th period classes. Please review this document and ensure that both student and parent sign the form. Please note that form still needs filled out and returned in the event that the parent or guardian chooses to opt out of the laptop program; if the disire is to opt-out, please sign the appropriate areas on the third page of the form.
IMPORTANT: Forms should only be turned in with ONE area of the packet filled out and signed: Use of Student Laptop Agreement - OR - Student Laptop Opt-Out. If a Student Laptop packet is received with both areas populated please note that the submission becomes invalid.
Please have your student return the completed form to his or her Social Studies teacher; laptops will be distributed on Thursday, October 27 though Social Studies classes. Completed Laptop Agreement forms must be submitted prior to the student receiving his or her laptop.
