You must have your student ID (student accounts) and your email that is being used in your Canvas account. The password can not be reset without that information. If you do not remember your email, then other information will be required to reset it. If you are having issues, please check below to see if you can chat with tech support. You will need to provide your Name and Student ID (a must) the school you are at, a birthdate, or possible other information to confirm your identity.
