Password Reset

Hernando eSchool Tech Support is out for Winter Break. You may submit a password reset request, but it may not be recieved until after winter break. Have a great Break!

This IS NOT for your classes at a brick school. If you need a password reset for your regular school classes, you will need to go to canvas.instructure.com and click the password reset link under the login information.

You must have your student ID (student accounts) and your email that is being used in your Canvas account. The password can not be reset without that information. If you do not remember your email, then other information will be required to reset it. If you are having issues, please check below to see if you can chat with tech support. If you need to use other information, after you have tried the form below, then TEXT, DO NOT CALL, 352-585-9996. You will need to provide your Name and Student ID (a must) the school you are at, a birthdate, or possible other information to confirm your identity. This is to protect your personal information and class records. 

This is not done automatically, Please allow some time for you to receive an email with your new password. Weekends and Holidays may affect wait time.
