Weeki Wachee High School is a campus where students, staff, parents and the community contribute to a school culture built on respect, shared understanding and kindness. For our school, promoting unity is a fundamental practice and the foundation of Hornet (campus) pride.

With a wide variety of academic courses, award winning fine arts, competitive sports teams, service clubs and Career & Technical Programs, we are able to offer students a personalized learning plan that respects (recognizes) their strengths, needs and interests and most importantly, puts them on track to meet their post-graduation goals.  

We believe in challenging ourselves. While rigorous instruction is our main vehicle for academic achievement, our staff actively looks for ways to remove learning barriers and increase access for all students. That’s why we encourage all students to enroll in advanced placement courses to help build confidence and develop strategies to succeed in advanced coursework. And, with programs like AVID, we’re with you every step of the way. Because at Weeki Wachee High School, we are “One Swarm.  One Nest.  One Family”.
