Please note: Schools designated as magnet schools may change due to School Board action. Proposed boundary changes can be found at https://www.hernandoschools.org/community/rezoning.
The only magnet school this applies to is Nature Coast Technical High School. The Nature Coast Technical High School application will remain open and active, however the School Board is considering a proposal for a district-wide rezoning that would impact (remove magnet designation) placement at NCTHS. The Board will make a final determination on the rezoning proposal at the 6 PM board meeting on December 12, 2023. The School Choice Office will provide a status update to all applicants to NCTHS on December 13, 2023.
