Due to Hurricane Milton, all schools and district offices will be closed from Tuesday, Oct. 8 through Friday, October 11.
During this closure, all before and after-school care services will be suspended. All activities and events are also canceled.
A decision regarding Saturday events or activities will be made later in the week.
All proposed purchases of software, applications, subscriptions and/or use of web based applications that require the transmission, storage or otherwise require moving student or staff/teacher data outside of the HCSB network, require the HCSB Data Security and Privacy Agreement to be signed by all parties prior to purchase and use. Additonally in compliance with Rule 6A-1.0995 all programs, application or online resoruces that will be used by students will require the HCSB Data Security and Privacy Agreement. The executed Agreement must be returned to TIS and a copy attached to any submission to the Board for approval.
All proposed purchases of software, subscriptions or use of web based applications require prior approval before purchasing and use. You can find the Software Approval form by clicking the title/link above this paragraph. Once the form is fully filled out it must be forwarded to TIS for review and signature and then sent to Academic Services for review and signature/approval. The fully signed approval form must be sent to TIS for retention prior to purchasing the product and if a Purchase Order is used it must be scanned and added to the Requisition.
