The Design Professional is responsible to include the applicable Division 01 sections in the Project Manual.
HCSB provides some of the following sections as a guide. The Design Professional is responsible to add, delete, and modify the sections as needed. Edited Division 01 specifications will be reviewed by HCSB as part of the 100% Owner Review submittal.
