BID PROTEST PROCEDURES
If a bidder wishes to protest a bid, they must do so in strict accordance with the procedures outlined in Florida Statutes 120.57(3). Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed shall constitute a waiver of proceedings. For bids solicited by the Purchasing Department, the notice must be filed with the director of purchasing. For bids solicited by the Facilities Department, the notice must be filed with the director of facilities.
