Facility Use Request System
The Hernando County School District has implemented a new online Facility Use Request System in partnership with Facilitron. The system is now live and available for use. Effective immediately, all facility use requests must be submitted through Facilitron's Online Portal.
The Facilitron platform provides a streamlined process for requesting facility use. Users can:
- View facility information and availability
- Receive estimated rental fees
- Submit requests
- Upload required insurance documents
- Make payments online
Access the HCSB Facility Request System
If you have previously rented district facilities, an account may already exist for you. Check your email for account activation instructions from Facilitron.
