HCSD Selects Spring Hill Elementary Principal and Springstead High Assistant Principal
 
Brooksville, Fla. – The Hernando County School District has chosen Celisse Dipaolo to serve as Spring Hill Elementary School’s next principal. 
 
Dipaolo has served throughout the district and has more than 18 years of teaching and administrative experience. 
 
“I am incredibly excited and honored to be selected as the new Principal of Spring Hill Elementary. I look forward to leading the Panther family to continued learning, growth, and student success,” said Dipaolo.
 
Dipaolo is assuming the role from current principal Cari O’Rourke who announced her retirement earlier this month. 
 
Jodi Slone will be transitioning from her current role as Assistant Director of HCSD Office of Safe Schools to an assistant principal position at Springstead High School.
 
Slone has served previously as an educator and administrator during her more than 10 years with the district. 
 
“We are confident these leaders will do an excellent job in their new positions as they strive to build on their school's strengths and inspire continued growth for our student’s staff and community," said Ray Pinder, HCSD Superintendent.
