ABILITY TREE FLORIDA aims to reach out to families impacted by disability through recreation, education, support and training (R.E.S.T). They offer sensory friendly, accessible, and inclusive events for families of those impacted by disability and special needs. They present and informational workshop to our parents on ways to advocate for your children effectively during their Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings.
FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC CENTER FOR WELLNESS provides full range of health and wellness treatments to residents in Hernando County. they are one of our main sponsors of our annual Back to school Bash, providing over 500 students with FREE physicals.
FLORIDA HEALTHY BABIES HERNANDO COUNTY group is a collection of health professionals and community members who facilitate dialogue leading to actions to reduce infant mortality in Hernando County. they have sponsored our Read 2 Me initiative, which promotes the importance of early literacy to families of newborns.
FOX CHAPEL MIDDLE SCHOOL provided the Parent Academy with portables which we were able to transform in to our first Parent Academy Community Center. They are extremely supportive of Parental and Community Engagement and their staff also collaborate with the Parent Academy by delivering the 7 Habits of Highly Successful Families Series at the center.
HERNANDO COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY offers a great amount of FREE resources to ALL members of the community. They have enhanced many of our district and school events by actively participating with presentations, activities, and sharing their valuable information to our parents.
NAMI HERNANDO National Alliance on Mental Illness is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with mental illness and their families, through support, education and advocacy. They provide our parents with FREE information and workshops at our Parent Academy Community Center, and to students and staff in our schools.
PREMIER COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE provides affordable and accessible healthcare services through out Pasco and Hernando counties. They provide students with free dental screenings at our annual Back to School Bash each year and support our event marketing.
REGIONS BANK values community engagement. They are actively involved and support activities, events and organizations that embrace children, families and neighborhoods. They have delivered an informative seminar to young people on the basics of banking. This is delivered at our Parent Academy Community Center, and is open to all high school and college students in the county.
UNITED WAY OF HERNANDO COUNTY provides program services that focus on health, education and financial stability for all members of the community. They have supported the Parent Academy by donating and sponsoring school supplies for our annual Back to School Bash, made donations towards the setup of the Parent Academy Community Center, and attend many of our parent workshops to share their free community resources.
