Hernando County Schools Single Sign On
In order for students to access their single sign on email (firstname.lastname@hernandoschools.org) account they should log on through the Hernando County Single Sign On or type into your browser bar my.hcsb.k12.fl.us
Please note that Single Sign on is being "faded-out". Students will begin to use Hernando Schools ClassLink to access their Microsoft Office Suite Apps (word, excel, one note, powerpoint, email etc). To log into class link, click here
you will log into ClassLink with your Hernando School email and then first initial and lunch number.
Example Email Address: firstname.lastname@hernandoschools.org
Example Password: capital first letter of last name and 7 digit id# (Ex: P0101234)
The Technology Help Desk is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM for teachers, staff, parents and students. Teachers and staff should continue to use the IssueTrak help desk ticketing system to enter requests for assistance. TIS help desk employees will respond to all tickets in due course and by level of urgency and will have the ability to remote into District owned equipment to resolve issues. You can access IssueTrak by navigating to the TIS homepage on the HCSD website where you will find links to many important and useful resources.

Skyward Login Page > Select "Florida" >> Select Hernando County >>> Select "Family Access Login 'GO' " >>>> Enter your login ID and Password.
Parent Accounts: Getting your Skyward Login ID and Password. A Skyward invitation should have been emailed to the parent email address on file. To locate, search your email using the key words "Do Not Reply". This invitation may be in your general mailbox or your spam mailbox so check both. Once the email is located, use the invitation link to set up your parent account. Still can't locate your parent invite: Please email the counselor. Feel free to copy and paste the following message: " Hello, my name is . I am the parent or guardian of . I need to be sent an invitation to my child's Skyward account. Please send the invitation to the following email. Counselor email addresses are listed here.
Student Accounts: Student's should have been given their unique username and password in homeroom. If not, please email your counselor the following information:
"Hello Mrs. _____,
My name is ____ student ID number ______. Please email me my Skyward student login username and password. Thank you."
